Who we are

Diviners Digital operates Diviners Lead Gen. You can reach us at info@divinersdigital.io. Our offices are in Faisalabad, Pakistan and Glasgow, United Kingdom.

Data we collect

Account data — your name, email address and a securely hashed password (or your Google sign-in identifier if you use Google to log in).

Upgrade and support data — messages you send us to upgrade or get help, and confirmation that a payment was received. Payments are made by bank transfer directly to our bank; we do not collect or store card details on the Service.

Sending setup — the email account you connect for outreach and the settings needed to send on your behalf.

Campaign and lead data — the searches you run and the business information the tool gathers for you, such as business names, websites and the contact email a business publishes on its own website, plus the message content and delivery/reply status of your campaigns.

Usage data — basic technical logs (for example IP address, browser type, actions in the app) used to run the Service securely.

How we use data

We use this data to provide and secure the Service: to run your searches, find contact emails, send your outreach at a safe pace, show your dashboard, take payment and give you support, and to prevent abuse and keep the system safe.

Our role for the leads you collect

For your account data, we are the data controller. For the business-contact data you discover and the outreach you send, you are the data controller and we act as your processor — we handle that data on your instructions to deliver the Service, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those businesses and for honouring opt-outs.

Legal basis

Where data-protection law applies, we rely on: performing our contract with you (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service and prevent abuse), your consent where needed (for example connecting your email), and compliance with legal obligations.

If you have received outreach from a user

If you received an email sent through Diviners Lead Gen and want to stop, use the unsubscribe link in that email — you will be added to a suppression list and not contacted again through the tool. You can also email us at info@divinersdigital.io and we will help. The sender of the email is the party responsible for that campaign; we can pass your request to them.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the Service — for example our hosting provider (Railway), Google for sign-in, and the email-sending infrastructure you connect — and only as needed to deliver the Service or where required by law.

International transfers

We operate from Pakistan and the United Kingdom and use reputable global providers, so data may be processed in other countries. Where transfers are subject to data-protection law, we take reasonable steps to protect that data.

How long we keep data

We keep account and campaign data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it, unless we must keep it longer to meet a legal or accounting obligation. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and strict security headers — to protect the Service. No online service is completely risk-free, but we work to keep your data safe and to act quickly if a problem occurs.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@divinersdigital.io. UK/EU users may also complain to their local data-protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Cookies

The Service uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in and keep your session secure. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Diviners Lead Gen is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version, with its date, is always shown here.
