Who we are

Information we collect
- Contact and quote requests: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message when you fill in a form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
- Video Downloader tool: the video link you submit and your IP address, which we use to process the request and to prevent abuse through rate limiting. Prepared files are deleted automatically within 30 minutes.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, used to keep the website secure and working.
- Cookies: small files needed for the website to function and, where enabled, to understand how visitors use the site. Your browser’s settings let you block or delete cookies.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
- To deliver, improve and secure our website and tools.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- To send occasional updates only if you have asked to receive them — you can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements. Files created by the Video Downloader are deleted within 30 minutes.
